The Moringa tree is not known as the miracle tree for small benefits. The tree, native to Africa and parts of India, has more health benefits than almost any other natural occurring substance. Every part of the tree can be used for its healthy benefits. The ‘miracle’ tree is something that is rare in the world today, since it is so good for your health in so many ways. It has been tested many times and is currently being used in parts of the world where people suffer from malnutrition. The results are great! When I said the whole tree can be used, I wasn’t exaggerating. The bark can be used to aid the in the healing of cuts, the roots can be made into a healthy tea, the leaves can be used for innumerable things, and the seeds/seed oil can be used for cooking and perfume. Of course, this isn’t the exhaustive list of what the Moringa tree can be used for!

1. Amino Acids – The best proteins are found in meats and dairy products. The reason for that is because they contain all of the essential amino acids, which makes them complete proteins. Most plants do not contain complete proteins. That is a let down of being a vegetarian or a vegan.
